Product Delivery
Our files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

Immediate payment received: As soon as we receive online payment (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.), a confirmation email is sent to you (the customer) with a download link. The link is active for 30 days, and will also appear on the Thank You page.

Delayed payment: When payment does not arrive immediately (e.g. manual payment or echeck), a download link is not included in the confirmation email. After we receive payment and manually mark the order as Paid, a second email is sent to you (the customer) with the download link.
